I hear your disappointment at the fake sourdough, there’s an art to it! Your brekky sounds yum, and yep the coconut apple crunch is a pretty good one to add into the rotation as there’s lots of options to mix it up and keep things interesting.Bridget Woodhttp://www.suburbansandcastles.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3719136099133234957.post-78168729048571169192014-09-17T10:21:56.277+10:002014-09-17T10:21:56.277+10:00Thanks Jules, glad you liked the post. You’re probably already onto
this, but ‘vegan paleo’ is a growing movement which should yield some useful
recipes and support with a quick Google. In addition to Quirky Cooking,
Wholefood Simply is another great blog doing lots of yummy, allergy friendly
stuff. My daughter is gf and I don't eat much. My biggest challenge is also a love of bread - sourdough, wraps, flatbreads, bagels. Especially bagels. Sadly none of those love me, with the exception of the occasional piece of proper sourdough. Not the fake sourdough a cafe served me the other day. I was SO DISAPPOINTED *sigh*

My regular breakfast is eggs with veggies (always mushrooms and whatever else is leftover), sometimes bacon. I love the sound of the coconut apple crunch. Going to add that to the rotation. Thanks! I'm really keen to really reduce breads (even homemade gluten free) but my biggest challenge is that I can't have eggs or dairy either.. and sooo many other options contain one or both of these. So thanks for sharing your ideas here - I do make chia porriage & green smoothies but now there's some more ideas to try too! thanks!Julesnoreply@blogger.com
